  16. After the Persians cleared the pass at Thermopylae and the straits of Artemesium,
  17. the stage was set for the first large-scale encounter
  18. between the Greek Allies and Xerxes. Picking up after my Persian Wars #4,
  19. we follow these two implacable opponents right through to the epic
  20. naval encounter known as The Battle of Salamis Bay. As always,
  21. the maps, the characters, and the situations are all
  22. historically accurate. Themistocles of Athens beat the
  23. Persian Armada at Salamis -- can you?
